C1 –Sketch Design development
This Stage normally means undertaking the development of the sketch design towards an outline agreed scheme.

C2 – Building Survey to CAD
The next step would be to undertake a full building survey and convert the survey drawings to CAD (computer aided design) format. This conversion work is required as base drawings for the project and for the ‘As Existing’ drawings that form part of the Planning Application.

D1 - Scheme Level drawings for planning applications
From the initial sketch scheme we can develop the scheme further in CAD format ready for submission for a Planning Application/ Permitted Development approval. These are CAD drawings usually submitted on-line showing a general layout of the proposal. These may include some notes showing where other consultants need to be involved and are not intended as construction plans. As Part of the Planning Applications we will include a downloaded version of an OS site Plan at 1:1250.

D2- Planning Application
We will complete the Planning Application form for you and submit drawings and supporting information on-line, such as the Design and Access Statement.
