H1 – Sourcing and Checking Contractor Credentials
It is always a good idea to ring round and check on builders and their credentials.

H2 – Tender Package
We can tender the Drawings and Schedules on your behalf, review the tenders coming in and provide a detailed report on the prices received.

J1 – Contract Administration
We can then undertake fortnightly visits and monthly certificates to the builder, confirming what they have completed and checking workmanship and answering site queries.

L1 – Finishing Touches
This includes undertaking detailed lighting schemes, kitchen layouts, bathroom design and selection of materials and equipment if this is a service you would like us to undertake, alternatively you may wish to involve an interior designer or obtain specialist quotes for these items.
