Matthew Hollingsworth has recently assisted clients to sell their property with Planning permission for a defined extension and has negotiated with the Planning Officers for a replacement dwelling on a site within the Cotswold AONB. By defining the extent of possible development this has changed the property value from £500K to £600K for the cost of a planning application. See Case Study in the Project List.
