Bungalow Extension & Refurbishment, Witney, Oxfordshire

Overview

The emphasis of this project was to provide increase the overall volume of the building by increasing the upper attic area of the bungalow and open up the living area to provide open plan space connecting through to the garden. The side was also extended to house a new Utility room and en-suite over.

To increase the upper floor area a new dormer construction was formed to the rear of the bungalow which was highly insulated and rendered in a through colour system.

Internally the staircase was replaced with a new oak stair which incorporated mini LED light fittings, the kitchen was overhauled and a new en-suite area formed from the larger first floor bedroom.
