Extension to House, Prestbury, Cheshire

Overview

The brief for this project was to provide living accommodation for a family with annexe rooms for an elderly parent by adding a new 2 storey extension to the rear of the property and then link the kitchen in the new extension through to the main living areas with an aluminium Conservatory structure.

The extension housed in part the living room and bedroom of the annexe rooms and a kitchen extension and bedroom as part of the family home. Photovoltaic roof panels were installed to reduce the carbon footprint of the building.
