Osney Arms, Oxfordshire

Overview

This project involved obtaining Planning Consent to convert the former Osney Arms public house to a Guest House with 10 letting rooms. The investor client had arranged a delayed purchase on the property subject to Planning approval allowing time to prepare a full Planning application with supporting information to allow the “Change of Use” to a Guest house.

Internally the building was re-ordered to provide 10 en-suite bedrooms including one fully accessible bedroom as required by Oxford City Council for guest accommodation.

The conversion included conforming to the current Building Regulation standards for fire, sound and disabled access as well as providing kitchen and breakfast facilities.
